Shipping, Tax, Order Status & Returns
At this time, only Fed Ex shipping is available. Shipping charges are based on the total weight of merchandise shipped to each delivery address within the 48 contiguous states. As you proceed through the checkout process, the weight of each item is shown below the price. Fed Ex automatically calculates the shipping cost based on the weight shown and the mailing zip code.
We are required by law to collect a 6% sales tax for items shipped to Arkansas.
Checking the Status of Your Order
Please keep your order confirmation number. You will need it in the event you wish to cancel or check the status of your order.
If your order has not already been shipped, we can cancel it. To do so, please contact us immediately at 1-870-421-4749. If your order has already been shipped we will be unable to cancel it.
How to Return Merchandise
When returning damaged merchandise - please follow these easy steps:
- Enclose the packing slip and any other related correspondence with the item you are returning;
- Repack item(s) with the original packing materials whenever possible;
- Please send your return, securely wrapped, prepaid and insured via United States Postal Service or Fed Ex to:
